We would like to thank everyone who has participated in our engagement – attended one of the Open Houses, spoke to us during the intercept surveys, or responded to the online survey. So, far we have had two open houses, three one-on-one meetings with stakeholder groups, three scheduled sessions for intercept surveys (97 surveys completed) at Phibbs Exchange and in the area around the site (including local businesses in the area), and 18 responses to the online survey. Through the process of engagement, the engagement team has reached out to more than 150 individuals and stakeholder groups and received input from 121 individuals and key stakeholders.
The engagement phase of the project is now complete, and we are drafting a report and summarizing all the input received. If you have not had a chance to share your thoughts, however, you still have a chance! We will keep the online survey open until the end of March and will be able to include all the input received until that time in our report. (You can find the online survey here.)
There is also still the opportunity to write to the project team. Our website will stay active and we will be posting updates whenever we have something new to report. You can read all the updates on our Blog: https://www.orwellnonmarkethousing.ca/blog/, and always reach us through the website’s Contact form or by writing to the project email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
